ตอนนี้ฟันนำ้นมนาโนค่อยๆหลุดไปทีละซี่ โดยเริ่มจากคู่ล่างด้านหน้า
จากนั้นก็ด้านบนขาว ซึ่งหลุดเองทั้งหมด เมื่อวานฟันบนซ้ายด้านหน้า โยกมาก
แต่ไม่หลุดเอง คุณพ่อเลยถามนาโนว่า
“นาโนให้พ่อดึงให้ไม๊”
นาโนตอบ “ไม่เอากลัวเจ็บ”
“ถ้าให้พ่อดึงออก พ่อให้นาโนเล่นเกมส์ iPAD หนึ่งชั่วโมง” พ่อเสนอ
“เอาครับ” นาโนตอบอย่างมั่นใจ ไม่กลัวเจ็บอีกต่อไป

เหลือซี่บนซ้ายโยกมากแล้วครับ

ตอนนี้ทุกเสาร์อาทิตย์ เป็นเสมือนวันทำงานให้ลูกรัก
เริ่มต้นเช้าของวันด้วยการพาทั้งสองคนไปว่ายนำ้ที่สโมสร
จีโน่เรียนว่ายนำ้กับครู ส่วนนาโนเรียนว่ายนำ้กับคุณพ่อ
สายๆ กลับจากว่ายนำ้ก็จะพาทั้งสองคนไปเรียนการปั้นดินวิทยาศาสตร์ที่ ClayWorks
กินข้าวเที่ยงเสร็จกลับมาชิวๆที่บ้านประมาณบ่ายสอง เล่น UNO เกมส์โปรดของลูก
สี่โมงครึ่งพานาโนไปเรียนฟุตบอลจนถึงหนึ่งทุ่ม กินข้าวเย็นและกลับบ้านประมาณสองทุ่มครึ่ง
เสาร์อาทิตย์งานหนักกว่าที่บริษัทอีกแฮะ

ไม่น่าเชื่อว่าจะไม่ได้เขียนบล๊อก เป็นเวลาเกือบปี ตั้งใจว่าจะเลิกเขียนแต่ก็เวียนกลับมาอีกครั้งเพราะ Microsoft convert Live spaces ให้กลายเป็น WordPress เนื่องจาก Live spaces เป็นธุรกิจของ Microsoft ที่ไปไม่รอด นับว่าเป็นบริษัทที่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อลูกค้าได้ดี พร้อมทั้งแนะนำวิธีการ Migrate content ให้ด้วย

WordPress เป็นหนึ่งในแอพที่ได้รับความนิยมสูงสุดในการทำบล็อก ผมอยากรู้ว่าทำไม WordPress ถึงดัง เลยกลับมาลองดูสักตั้ง มาดูกันว่าปีที่ผ่านมามีอะไรเกิดขึ้นกลับชีวิตบ้าง
1. ตัดสินใจเอาพนักงานในแผนกออกไป3คน
2. ขึ้นศาลแรงงานเป็นพยานฝ่ายจำเลยข้อหากลั่นแกล้งและทำให้พนักงานต้องออกจากงานอย่างไม่เป็นธรรม
3. พาครอบครัวไปเที่ยวต่างประเทศเป็นครั้งแรก(ฮ่องกง)
4. ซื้อจี้เพชรเป็นของขวัญปีใหม่ให้ภรรยา 3.3+3.3กะรัต ภรรยายังคงใส่มันทุกวัน จนถึงวันนี้ เป็นการลงทุนที่คุ้มค่ามาก
5. มีกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพมูลค่า 1.5 ล้านตอนต้นปีซึ่งเกิดจากฝีมือการบริหารเงินด้วยตัวเอง(ภายใน 7 ปีที่อยู่กับโฟร์โมสต์ เนื่องจากเป็นแบบ employee choice ให้พนักงานบริหารเงินเอง)
6. ผ่านการทดลองงานในบริษัทใหม่ด้วยคำแนนท่วมท้น
7. ได้อนุมัติให้มีเลขา(คนแรกในชีวิต)ตอนสิ้นปี
8. อาหงิ่นอาการทรุดลงมากหลังเปลี่ยนเครื่องกระตุ้นหัวใจใหม่ เครื่องใหม่ทำงานได้ดี แต่ที่ทรุดเนื่องจากอาการอัลไซเมอร์
9. ต่อเติมห้องโฮมเทียเตอร์ใหม่และจอแอลซีดี
10. ได้รถประจำตำแหน่งเป็นรุ่นที่ภรรยาใฝ่ฝันคือ Honda accord สีเงิน

สองอาทิตย์สุดท้ายของเดือนธันวาคม ที่ Foremost ตกลงให้ผมไม่ต้องไปทำงานอีกต่อไปพร้อมให้เงินเดือนเต็มเดือน เพราะผมถ่ายงานให้คนใหม่ได้ดีและ Foremost ต้องการให้เขายืนได้ด้วยตัวเอง
ผมต้องยอมรับว่า Foremost กับผมจากกันด้วยดีมาก พร้อมเงินก้อนใหญ่ ผมเลยคุยกับภรรยาว่าเราจะต่อเติมห้องดูหนังกันด้วยเงินส่วนหนึ่งจาก Foremost ผมมีหน้าที่หาโทรทัศน์ใหม่ที่ใหญ่กว่าจอ plasma เดิมเพื่อเอาไว้ในห้องใหม่ ใจจริงอยากได้จอ LCD 50 นิ้วแต่ราคามันร่วมแสน (เพราะต้องการ fullHD function) กำลังตัดใจแล้ว เผอิญเจอโฆษณาบน internet เกี่ยวกับ Sony happy day ซึ่งมีเพียง 3 วันเท่านั้น เอาของค้างสต๊อคมาลดราคา เราก็รีบไปทันทีในวันแรกของงาน แล้วก็เจอจอ LCD 46 นิ้ว Z series ลดราคาจาก 85,000++ เหลือ 51,000 เพราะมีโฉมใหม่ออกมา ผมรีบตัดสินใจซื้อทันที อีกแล้วครับท่าน ดีใจเหมือนสามล้อถูกหวย (รีบใช้เงินซื้อของเมื่อได้เงินก้อนมา)

Familialize with new changes

IT Management series
I already passed 2 weeks in new company. It is hard to adapt myself into new organization, new environment. Harder than what I thought (may be I’m older). This company is a big organization with various of sub-cultures. HR induction program can help me a lot in introducing me to all business units and company overview. I have very high stress in the first week since I don’t know how much they expected from me. I try my hard to understand people and come up with improvement plan. I have wrap up teleconference with my boss every week.
On the first Friday, he told me that don’t try to pressure myself to hard, just try to understand and meet all people. Changing too fast is not good to myself and organization. I’m totally agreed on his remark and my stress have been released a lot.
On the second week, I just focus on knowing people which make my life a lot happier. However, the ex-IT & finance manager expected fast action from me since he is quite fast and agressive type of person. I need to judge carefully which one I need to entertain  between my boss and ex-IT & finance manager (he got promoted to be board of management and quite powerful in the company). I decided to go for easy path, learning people and business before make a move. At the same time, I share my future plan to both of them to understand whether my recipe match their taste or not.
I still have my time until March since I need to present IT long term plan and roadmap to all global IT management team in Hanoi. I quite confident that I can do it within timeframe by using current approach.
However, I also aware that ex-IT & finance manager who would like to see some actions from me. Somehow, I think he is still doubt about my ability to be country IT manager and would like to challenge me. He is good and know a lot about IT stuff. But I may say sorry to him since I’m not his style and I will not follow his style in managing IT department here. I feel some wave moving in the deep blue sea. At the same time, I can feel group of alliances who willing to support me.
I alway think that if I’m a good mind person, there will be good thing to protect me.

Seven years in Foremost

IT Management series
At last, I resigned from Foremost after service here for 7 years.
Management try to extend my service by proposing me to be General Manager at competency center in Malaysia.
I and my wife did the pre-assignment to choose for international school and apartment overthere.
It is such a luxury life. Everything seems to be perfect choice.
However, new opportunity found me. There is a new company searching for country IT manager via recruitment company.
I pass all tests and interviews. It is very hard decision to choose between go aboard or continue our life in Thailand.
Both company pay almost at the same benefit.
At the end, both of us (me and my wife) decided to stay in Thailand.
So I resigned from Foremost and will start my new career path at new company from 1 February 2010 onward.
